the housekeeping supervisor was helpful. ram kumar from nepal kept my room tidy every day. i had forgotten my valuables and they were untouched. i appreciate the amazing hospitality.

the air conditioning was really noisy. the dining area was too brightly lit, like a bus stop cafe. the advice about where to go for a meal sent me to a closed place.

The location was acceptable. Though the parking was expensive.

The breakfast staff were unfriendly. Uncleared plates sat on tables. i had to find my own seat each morning. approaching the staff resulted in rude responses, frustrating. Also at 11:55 pm, i called the front desk, housekeeping, and room service seven times with no answer, i went downstairs to place an order and a maintenance man delivered it, this seemed unprofessional.
